We created this workout to be challenging, it can be done by male or female, anyone looking to change up their current routine will enjoy this new challenge. It was created using the knowledge we have developed over the past 6 years of bodybuilding. It employs some of our favorite workouts. The Workout consists of 4-5 days of lifting and cardio and two active rest days. Using a system we designed called muscle shock this will help get you in the right mind set for each workout.
